You can click the "I forgot my password" link on the My Account Log In page then enter your e-mail.
What payment types do you accept?
Parristoys.com accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa. You may also pay with , Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Google Pay.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, but if you do, you can store your billing address, shipping address, join our mailing list, and check your order status. We can also easily contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy.
Is your site secure?

What if I need to change my order after I’ve submitted it?
If you need to make a change to your order within 15 minutes of placing your order, you can:

What is the return policy?
If you have an item that is damaged or defective please email email@example.com with a photo of the damaged or defective item. If the order was made through www.parristoys.com, we can send a replacement item or refund your purchase.
If you purchased a Parris Toys item from one of our retail vendors, please email a photo of your receipt for the item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement.
Why can’t I receive any of your items in New York State?Below is the law that prohibits the sale of our items in the state of New York State.
871.2. "Imitation weapon" means any device or object made of plastic, wood, metal or any other material which substantially duplicates or can reasonably be perceived to be an actual firearm, air rifle, pellet gun, or "B-B" gun; unless such imitation weapon (a) is colored other than black, blue, silver or aluminum, (b) is marked with a non-removable orange stripe which is at least one inch in width and runs the entire length of the barrel on each side and the front end of the barrel, and (c) has a barrel at least one inch in diameter that is closed for a distance of not less than one-half inch from the front-end of its barrel with the same material of which the imitation weapon is made. "Imitation weapon" does not include any nonfiring replica of an antique firearm, the original of which was designed, manufactured and produced prior to eighteen hundred ninety-eight.
Why can I only receive special colored items in California State?
Below is the law that prohibits the sale of certain items in our collections. In result of this, we have a special colored collection that you can purchase in all regions of the United States.
PEN 16700. (a) (1) As used in this part, “imitation firearm” means any BB device, toy gun, replica of a firearm, or other device that is so substantially similar in coloration and overall appearance to an existing firearm as to lead a reasonable person to perceive that the device is a firearm.
(5) A device where the entire exterior surface of the device is white, bright red, bright orange, bright yellow, bright green, bright blue, bright pink, or bright purple, either singly or as the predominant color in combination with other colors in any pattern, or where the entire device is constructed of transparent or translucent materials which permits unmistakable observation of the device’s complete contents.
