Most of the time the cap will not fire, even after multiple tries.

Caps did not fire. Fabricated a trepanning tool from a Scrader valve core tool. Deepened the annual groove aroaround the cap post. Caps now fire every time. Grandson is much happier

Caps don't work (resubmitted due to type in first review)

We bought these caps with one of the parris cap rifles, sadly, they don't work very well. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the caps or the rifle, but they don't go off. Seems like there is too much of a gap in the plastic, for the pin on the rifle, so there isn't enough contact when the hammer falls on them.
